Safety and reporting

Use this page to report a child safety concern or to ask us to remove a nude or sexual image that was shared without consent. You don't need a Prospect account to use either form.

If someone is in immediate danger

Call 911 or your local emergency number first. Then report to us.

Please don't send us the image

Never upload, attach, screenshot or forward the image to us or anyone else. A link, a username or a description is enough for us to find it.

Report a child safety concern

Use this form for any of these: sexual images or video of anyone under 18, an adult trying to contact a young person for sexual reasons, someone being trafficked or exploited, or any other reason you think a child is at risk.

We remove this content and report apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as the law requires. If you're the young person shown, or their parent or guardian, leave your email and we'll confirm your report and keep you updated until we've made a decision.

You can also report directly to NCMEC:

Paste links to the profile, post or message, or give a username or name.

Describe what you saw or know. Don't include the image itself. Share anything else that could help, like when it started.

Optional if you're reporting as someone else. We only use it about this report.

Ask us to remove a nude or sexual image

If a nude or sexual image or video of you is on Prospect without your consent, including a fake one made with AI or editing, you can ask us to remove it. Someone you've authorized can ask for you.

When we receive a valid request, we remove the content as soon as we can and within 48 hours, and we look for copies of the same image on Prospect and remove those too.

To stop the same image being shared on other sites too:

Paste links to each post, profile or page where it appears, or give the username that posted it.

Enough for us to recognise it, without sending it. For example: what it shows and where on the page it is.

So we can confirm your request and tell you what we did.

Something else, like harassment, a fake profile or a scam? Report an issue

Safety reports go only to the Prospect team members who handle them. We share them with NCMEC or law enforcement when the law requires it.
